Read the Hilarious post below:
"Dear N49m,"
"How are you? How was your walk to Kaduna airport yesterday? I could see it went well. It is not easy to walk straight from CBN in your minty and crispy self to the airport without being detected."
"I envy your prowess. You clothed yourself in five sacs, I mean five black sacs, yet, you were not detected. The CCTV at the airport couldn't even detect you. I learnt you were even resting inside the check-in section of the airport when they saw you."
"Don't mind them, it is their arrogance that made them pretend they didn't see you when you walked majestically with your sweet smelling perfume through the highly secured roads of Kaduna to the airport. They just didn't want to greet you."
"Please, my main purpose of writing you this letter is to remind you that my house is very cosy as your destination of choice next time. Just come in the way you got to the airport, and I can assure you I'll never disturb your peace the way they are doing at the Kaduna airport now. You don't even need to give me any notice before coming. Just come in at any time and relax, and you would not regret you did."
"Thanks so much."
"Your friend, Jude Chijioke Ndukwe."
You may recall that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recently intercepted bags containing N49 million cash at the Kaduna airport.
Although the owner of the case has not been named but many assume the money relates to illegal activities considering the EFCC is involved.

Ajoke took to her Instagram page to share photos of her battered self and captioned it:
“In this day my darling husband saw his wife and mother of his child bleeding on the floor but was still hugging and puffing. Swearing on his mother’s life that that was going to be my last day on earth.
Swearing that he would "enter Instablog" as the next man who killed his wife. I can't help but imagine 2 conductors on the street fighting, 2 strangers.
When one starts to bleed the other would think "ha make I calm down oh" talkless of beating your defenseless wife who did Nothing to you (or please ask him, what I did, I would love to be able to make sense of this, love to know my offense). He showed no mercy, still said to me that I was going to drown in my blood.
He locked all doors, even balconies invade I wanted to jump out! The man I loved striped to his underwear in front of my friend and the abuse went on for hours, he had 2 of his own friends in the house and even they weren't enough to stop him, he was exchanging blows with them, just to get to me.

It was as though he had 5 men inside him, determined to kill me. I escaped only by the grace of God. My friend and I were running on the street with blood on me like this and people wondering what happened to us.
And this was just one day. I can write a book on the living hell I lived. And it's you, who has the guts to bring this to instagram? You are not even worthy of being a role model to your son yet You think you a motivational speaker now?"
Ajoke and Utomi met on Instagram and eventually got married despite her parents' not supporting their union especially as because she got pregnant with their son, Kendrick while in school.

EFCC reveals how Fayose paid Ozekhome from N1.2b received from ONSA

Governor Ayodele Fayose paid N75 million to a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Chief Mike Ozekhome
- Fayose paid that money from a N1.2billion received from the Office of National Security Adviser (ONSA), says the EFCC
- The EFCC says it froze Ozekhome's account because the money was suspected to be proceed of crime
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday, March 15, said Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, made a part-payment of N75 million to a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Chief Mike Ozekhome, from an alleged N1.2billion the governor allegedly received from the Office of National Security Adviser (ONSA).

The commission said it froze Ozekhome’s account because the money was suspected to be proceed of crime.
Opposing the application, EFCC’s lawyer, Rotimi Oyedepo, argued that Ozekhome ought to have reasonably known that the money he received as part-payment for legal fees was proceed of “fraudulent activities.”
He said: “EFCC received an intelligence showing that one Mr. Ayodele Fayose received N1, 219,490,000 from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) through the Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, who conveyed the money through an aircraft to Akure airport.
“It investigated the intelligence and discovered that the sum of N137million was paid into account numbered 1003126654 operated by Fayose on June 26, 2014.
“On August 22 and 27, 2014, the sums of N50million and N118million were also credited to the account.”
Oyedepo said having discovered that the funds were “proceeds of crime,” EFCC approached Justice Mohammed Idris of the court’s Lagos division for an order freezing the account pending conclusion of investigation.
The lawyer said the order by Justice Idris was not appealed against by either Fayose or Zenith Bank Plc where the money was lodged.
“The N75million is from the proceed of the alleged crime fraudulently taken from the ONSA and kept in Fayose’s account from where it was transferred to Ozekhome,” he said.
Oyedepo said EFCC is empowered to freeze any money suspected to be proceed of crime even if it is not in possession of the person committing the unlawful act.
The prominent lawyer spoke during the Authority Newspapers Awards for Excellence and Good Governance i2016 which took place at Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.
He delivered a lecture on “True Federalism” describing it as a system of government that allows people to “live within their comfort zone respecting others while being respected in turn with a central government and component units."
: “Nigeria is made of about 390 ethnic groups and not just three. If you give undue prominence to the Igbo, Hausa, and Yoruba ethnicities; neglecting the other ethnic groups, you will continue to experience insurgency and agitation for self-determination.
“We need to give voice to the voiceless, let people express themselves. Whilst not advocating for the break-up of Nigeria, we must allow the minorities to have their say and let the majority have their way through dialogue.”

My rejection won't stop me from fighting corruption, Magu speaks after his session with the Senate
The acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibrahim Magu has said that his rejection by the Nigerian Senate will not stop him from fighting corruption.
Speaking with some civil society organizations at the entrance of the Senate building after his screening session, Magu said the report against him by the Department of State Service will not also deter him from his passion to end corruption in Nigeria.
Magu said he has doubts on the authenticity of the report from the DSS indicting him of corrupt practices and lack of integrity to head the EFCC.

Magu said: “My priority is to fight corruption. My confirmation has not changed anything. We have always been on duty I will work until the last day whether confirmation or no confirmation.
“The greatest violation against human right is crime against the society and the humanity but everybody has a duty and responsibility to fight corruption and I also has a responsibility. I assure you that we will fight to finish,' Magu said.

“We will never be deterred because what we are doing is trying to investigate what has gone before and protect the future of our children and our future generation.
"So, if we don’t work today and fight against corruption, the future is not guaranteed, the future of our children is not guaranteed.
He further urged Nigerians to work towards ending corruption in the country.
Magu said: "So, we must wake up, where ever you find yourself, fight corruption. Anytime you discover that I am corrupt, expose me.”
The EFCC czar noted that the allegations levelled against him can not stand the test of time because they cannot be proven.
"You know, you can’t just raise mere allegations without giving the person opportunity to answer you. There is issue of fundamental human right and the right of fair hearing is there.
“Up till this time, DSS has not called me and I am even surprised that the same report is coming back and this time around it is signed by somebody. I doubt the genuineness of that report. But I think we need to identify those who have the interest of this country at heart," Magu added.
Reacting to Magu's statement the co-convener of the Citizen Action To Take Back Nigeria (CATBAN) Ibrahim Wala said Nigerians and President Muhammadu Buhari believe in the nomination of Magu as the EFCC chairman.
Wala said the Nigerian senators have no choice on the confirmation of Magu.
“We are here in solidarity with the man we feel is a right man for the job and he should be confirmed, that is why we are here.”
