RCCG 2017 FORTY DAYS FASTING & PRAYER GUIDE – Day 2
The General Overseer of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God (Worldwide), Pastor E. A. Adeboye told us that the vocal word for 2017 is Surprise(s). He reiterated in his prophecies for this year that surprise may be positive or negative. May God help us to experience pleasant surprises but cause those making life miserable for us to encounter negative experiences in Jesus name.
The following are some guidelines and prayer points that you will find helpful during this month of divine involvement billed for Wednesday 11th January to Sunday 19th February, 2017. May you be mightily blessed, as you ASK in the mighty Name of Jesus.
PRAYER POINTS:
DAY 1
1. Intense praise and worship
2. Thank God for being God. Gen 17:1
3. Thank God for Daddy and Mummy G.O and for what God is doing through them. Ps. 124
4. Thank God for creating this beautiful world. Gen 1:1-31
5. Thank God for being our help in ages past. 121:1-8
6. Thank God for this year 2017 and for all the promises of God that are in it
7. Thank God for making 2017 a year of surprise
8. Let us thank for not allowing civil war to tear apart our country
9. Let us thank God for not allowing hunger and famine in our country.
10. Let us bless the name of Jehovah God for his protection last year. Ps 124:1-end
11. Let us thank God for the manifestation of Signs and Wonders since the establishment of RCCG.
DAY 2
12. Intense praise and worship
13. Let us bless the name of the Lord for the obedience of Late Pa. Josiah Akindayomi and Pastor E.A. Adeboye, to the voice of the God who called them.
14. Let us bless the name of the LORD for the new move that brought in the new National Overseer in Nigeria
15. Let us Bless the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the growth of Christianity in our country
16. Thank God for His mercy that is renewed upon us every morning. Ps 136:1
17. Let us thank God for the progress made so far in RCCG. Ps127:1-2
18. Let us thank God for the Men of honour inspired by the Holy Spirit to move RCCG forward
19. Thank God for preserving our lives. Ps 23:1-4
20. Thank God for the peace of God that is reigning in your country. Ps 23:2
21. Thank God for the glory of God that is manifesting all over the world. Ps 24:1
22. Thank God for the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ that is penetrating the unreached part of the world. Mk 16:16-18
