Actress Kemi Afolabi has been hospitalized following her encounter with thugs while on a movie set in Ikorodu.

Kemi Afolabi has being hospitalized three days after being attacked by area boys at a movie location in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Afolabi reportedly lost her pregnancy after her encounter with the hoodlums who also attacked the movie director Azeez Ijaduade and fractured his legs for not giving them money.

Others attacked were the cameraman and some of the crew members during the nasty encounter which happened in the afternoon of Sunday, March 13.
Afolabi who was expecting her second baby but lost it was admitted at a hospital on Victoria Island, Lagos. It was alleged that one of the hoodlums hit the actress in her stomach.

The loss of the pregnancy is said to have devastated not only the actress but also her UK-based baby daddy Wale Adesipe.
Omoni Oboli in February had a similar encounter with touts who called themselves omo onile. They disrupted her movie set while shooting a movie demanding for money before she can shoot. She had since called on Lagos state governor Akinwunmi Ambode to come to the aid of movie practitioners on this.
