Antonio Conte has refused to discuss reports linking Alexis Sanchez to Chelsea.
Chelsea are said to be interested in landing Arsenal striker Sanchez, who has less than 18 months remaining on his current contract.
The Chile international is far from penning a new deal at the Emirates, with manager Arsene Wenger’s future a defining factor in his decision.
And Conte backed away from questions about Chelsea’s interest in his pre-match press conference ahead of today’s 3pm kick off with Crystal Palace.
“Once this season is finished we will talk about the right way to improve our squad,” he said.
“This club has great ambitions. It’s very disrespectful to talk of players from other teams. For sure, Sanchez is a top player.”

Chelsea have sent scouts to watch Atalanta pair Frank Kessie and Andrea Conti this weekend, according to reports in Italy.
Kessie has been transfer target of Conte’s for some time, with the 20-year-old also attracting interest from Roma.
And defender Conti, 23, has emerged as a £13million target of the Italian manager.
According to the Tuttomercatoweb, Blues scouts will watch Atalanta’s 2pm clash at Geona tomorrow.

Manchester United are unlikely to sign Kylian Mbappe this summer, claims his France U20s team-mate Theo Hernandez.
United manager Jose Mourinho is tipped to make a world record bid for 18-year-old Mbappe at the end of the season.
The Monaco star is supposedly valued at £93m.
But Hernandez expects his international team-mate to remain in Ligue 1.
"I played with him with France,” Hernandez told Spanish newspaper AS.
“I was very surprised, he is very fast and skilled. He is very good, he will be a great star.”
Asked about United reported £93m move for Mbappe, Hernandez joked: “That question should be asked to him.
“I do not think (he will move). It's very serious. All this (talk) will end and he will continue to grow at Monaco.”
